Overall job purpose:
To prepare, cook and present for service as required, foodstuffs and sauces to the standards of the establishment.
Main Duties:
· To prepare various dishes and foodstuffs as required for service in banqueting areas or other food outlets.
· To assist in other kitchen departments as when required.
· To operate in a safe and responsible manner with recognised techniques.
· To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene.
