This is an area in which many IHF members have already made substantial progress. To drive this forward across our sector, we are sharing wide-ranging tools, guidance and resources to help members implement more sustainable practices within their businesses. (see below)

Key areas of focus includ reducing packaging and plastics, improving energy efficiency, promoting sustainable food policies and embracing measures to conserve water. We are interested in hearing from members about sustainability initiatives that you have implemented, tips on what has worked for your business and any feedback you would like to share.
