With hotels in thirteen cities across Europe, the Ruby Hotel Group have introduced their Lean Luxury philosophy of 'Extraordinary Stays at Sensible Prices' to Dublin with the recent opening of the Ruby Molly on East Arran Street, just off Dublin's Arran Quay.

TileStyle partnered with Duggan Brothers to supply the Ruby Molly with sanitary ware for their 272 guest bathrooms, less-abled bathrooms and public restrooms, featuring products from our leading brands Noken, Hewi and Fima.

Working closely with Think Contemporary Interior Design and John Fleming Architects, the design brief was very clear "to meet the brand standard for the Ruby Hotel Group with a local interpretation". Essential to the brief was that the proposed design meets all local building regulations and aesthetic and technical requirements whilst delivering value to the overall construction.

Every Ruby hotel has its own unique story and design based on the individual city. The Ruby Molly is located in an area of Dublin that is famed historically for its fruit and vegetable markets which is a theme featured throughout the different areas of the hotel.

In keeping with the brand standard, guest rooms at the Ruby Molly are thoughtfully designed and smart with space. TileStyle supplied sanitary ware for the shower and WC ensuites which are a clever single unit enclosed in glass from top to toe with curtains for privacy.

The basin in each room is separate and on the opposite wall within the bedroom which required an innovative approach from TileStyle in order to conceal the thermostatic control valves. TileStyle worked closely with one of our newest brands Carlo Fratini Fima to create customised wall mounted basin mixers.

Less-abled guest rooms are equally thoughtful and smart in terms of function and design, allowing for flexibility and inclusivity without compromising on style.

A standout feature in these bathrooms is the use of HEWI products, known for quality and a design-focused approach. The support bars, a key element for less-abled guests are demountable, allowing the room to transition into a standard guest room offering greater flexibility for the hotel. The bathroom transitions into a standard room offering greater flexibility for the hotel. By integrating modern, demountable accessibility features, the Ruby Hotel can cater to a wider range of guests without sacrificing on the overall brand standard or guest experience.
