Dunluce Lodge, is proud to announce its strategic partnership with Journey, a leader in hotel technology. This partnership marks a major advancement in enhancing the guest experience through state-of-the-art technology and personalised service offerings.

Located near the iconic Giant’s Causeway and overlooking the North Antrim Coast, Dunluce Lodge, is situated alongside the world famous Royal Portrush Golf Club. Managed by Valor Hospitality, renowned for its exceptional service and luxurious hotels, Dunluce Lodge is the north coast's only 5-star resort. By partnering with Journey, the hotel aims to elevate its guest experience, integrating cutting-edge technology with its timeless charm.

In addition to implementing Journey’s Experience Management System (EMS) and Ecommerce Platform for spa, retail, and vouchers at Dunluce Lodge, the partnership will also extend to providing comprehensive digital marketing services for both Dunluce Lodge and Valor group property, Seaton House in St Andrews. These initiatives are designed to drive direct bookings, streamline operations and enhance guest engagement, ensuring a seamless, personalised stay tailored to individual needs and preferences.
