Our Quality Consultants are certified by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). They can train your staff to the highest of standards. Our training facility was awarded the title of Premier Training Campus by the SCA in 2018. We were the first roastery in Ireland to achieve this status. We can also provide access for your staff to our online training resources to help further enhance and build your baristas’ training and knowledge.
We have a full support service hotline seven days a week, ensuring assistance whenever you need it. Additionally, we conduct regular service audits throughout the year to maintain quality standards.
Sustainability and Ethical Sourcing
Our commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing is evident across all facets of our operations. Our dedication to transparency extends to our state-of-the-art carbon-neutral roastery in Dublin 15, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, so every stage of the hand-roasting process is visible to all.
In 2023, we took significant steps towards renewable energy by installing 315 solar rooftop panels on site, estimated to generate 100,159 kWh of energy annually.
Additionally, we have integrated electric vehicles into our delivery fleet, with the recent addition of an Electric Ford Transit for Dublin deliveries, contributing to an annual reduction of 11.49 metric tons of CO2 emissions. With four electric vehicles currently in operation, we are striving towards our mission to fully decarbonize our fleet by the end of 2026.
