IMRO & PPI have been very supportive of the hotel industry during this pandemic by deferring payments and invoicing for all businesses that have been closed since March 2020. IMRO & PPI are planning to restart invoicing and collection activity as follows:
Invoicing and Credit Notes:
- IMRO will issue renewal invoices that were deferred while you were closed by Friday 16th July.
- IMRO will also issue credit notes for the period from 26 December 2020 to 2 June 2021 by Friday 16th July.
- If your business was closed for any period(s) between 15th March 2020 and 26th December 2020, you can claim your IMRO & PPI credit notes by declaring the dates you closed and reopened. The quickest and easiest way to claim your credit note is to register on IMRO’s Self-Service Licencing portal (HERE), where you can complete a simple closure declaration form and IMRO will process any credit notes due./li>
- If your renewal date was in June 2021, you will already have received your renewal invoice for the period from June 2021 to May 2020./li>
- If your renewal date is due from July 2021 onwards, you will receive your renewal invoice as normal in that month./li>
- Customer discounts are available to customers who sign up to Direct Debit Payment. Please contact customerfirst@imro.ie for details of this discount. Discounts are subject to certain terms and conditions./li>
