The Blue Haven Collection are looking for 35 passionate people to join their team.
Kinsales Blue Haven Collection, which consists of the Blue Haven Hotel, The Old Bank Townhouse, Hamlets Bar & Gastro Garden in Kinsale as well as Vikkis Wine & Tapas bar in Cork, has just announced its recruiting a further 35 people to add to its team. The new recruitment drive will bring their team to over 100 staff which will rise to 130 people over the summer months.
The Blue Haven was recently included in Irelands Fab 50 and recognised by all the major Guidebooks including, Great Places to Stay, The Best of the Best and The Best in Ireland.
Over the last twelve months, during the lockdowns, The Blue Haven embarked on an exciting journey adding Hamlets Street Food and Gastro Garden, an evening Wine and Indian Tapas Bar in Old Bank House called Tabasu, which will have a full bar license and in The Blue Haven Hotel itself, a new Craft Cocktail and Dining Experience called Rare
As well as these exciting new additions, The Blue Haven Collection has introduced a new Staff Wellness Plan called the Happy Hotel initiative (Happy Staff + Happy Customers + Happy Environment = A Happy Hotel) Some activities of this program include upgrading their staff relaxation areas, as well as a range of supports and facilities.
They have also launched a sustainable business program by creating a Green Team, this programme of positive changes is ambitious as the objective is to not only adapt sustainable business practices, but to also reduce their Carbon footprint and over time to become a fully carbon neutral business.

Roles The Blue Haven Collection are currently recruiting for include Chefs and Kitchen roles, Bookings Coordinator, Operations Manager, Receptionists, Accommodation Assistants as well as a host of Bar and Restaurant roles.
