Glenroyal Hotel and Leisure club are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Manager to join the Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To secure new business for the Hotel across all market segments with clear targets in place./Sales Calls, Trade Shows, Exhibitions
• To contact qualified sources of business, establish the main decision makers and schedule appointments and or site visits of the Hotel with a view to securing new business.
• To nurture and develop existing accounts ensuring the Hotel is maximizing business from each account.
• To create and maintain a database of relevant industry sectors with key contacts.
• To be familiar with outside factors that may affect the Hotels business.
• To conduct site inspections within Glenroyal Hotel as required.
• To be fully knowledgeable about the product and service of the Hotel.
• Be fully knowledgeable about key competitors of the Hotel and their rates, sales & marketing activities.
• To be knowledgeable and experienced in using social media to promote the Hotel.
• To entertain clients with potential business in the Hotel as required.
• To be fully involved in the achievement of budget targets for the Hotel and the strategy in place to attain these targets.
• To ensure that there is relevant marketing collateral in place to assist in this role.
• To attend relevant networking events in an effort to make connections with potential clients.
• Ensure that all relevant information and activities with clients is entered into the PMS and to maintain accurate information on accounts.
• Complete weekly sales reports for the Director of Sales /General Manager.
• To liaise with other Hotel departments to ensure that relevant information is communicated effectively.
• To present an image that represents Glenroyal Hotel as a premium 4 star Hotel in Dublin.
