The Blue Haven Collection seeks a full time Senior Duty Manager to join our management team for our busy properties in Kinsale, Co. Cork.
The Blue Haven Collection consists of The Blue Haven Hotel our 17 bedroom hotel, which has an extremely busy food & beverage trade, Old Bank House our 5* luxury Georgian townhouse which also has 17 bedrooms with a gourmet food store & cafe and Hamlets our lively bar.
We require a person who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, who has a passion for hospitality and who can motivate, lead & train a diverse team across a range of different businesses.

Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will have the following:
• Fluent written & verbal English
• Previous experience as a Duty Manager
• Minimum 3 year Food & Beverage experience
• The ability to problem solve, be decisive & pro-active
• Flexibility to work across all operational departments
• The ability to self motivate as well as well as motivate their team
