IHF welcomes the appointment of Fáilte Ireland CEO

21^st December 2016        The Irish Hotels Federation (IHF) welcomes the appointment of Paul Kelly as Chief Executive of Fáilte Ireland, which was announced earlier today.  Tim Fenn, Chief Executive, IHF states: “Paul joins Failte Ireland at a pivotal time for Irish tourism. His extensive marketing experience will be a major asset to the organisation and to the industry as a whole.  We are looking forward to working closely with him to deliver sustainable, long-term growth for the sector.”

Mr Kelly, who has held senior marketing positions with Diageo Ireland and Aviva, is currently Strategic Marketing Director for UCD Smurfit Business School. He will take up his position in February 2017.
