Experienced Hotel Bar Person required for our busy Food & Beverage operation. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a busy hotel in Ireland and be available to work flexible hours. You must speak fluent English and work to a high standard in customer service. We are looking for someone who is out going, friendly and ambitious to join our expanding team. Hours of work are based on business demand.. A full understanding of wines and cocktails are required as well as a high level of 4 star service skills.
