Passion and creativity a minimum requirement. The successful candidate will possess a flair and passion for food production and be imaginative and creative. Responsibilities will include assisting in food preparation, food production and food service carried out to the highest standard and in accordance with all Food Hygiene Regulations.
A commitment to high standards, attention to detail and high volume experience are essential. Excellent communication and leadership skills also required.
