The Brandon House Hotel has 78 Bedrooms, 4 dedicated Conference rooms, including the Kennedy Suite which can accommodate up to 300 people.

Dining options include the Library Bar and the Gallery Restaurant. The Library Bar is a cosy area serving an extensive bar food menu daily. Our popular carvery lunch is also served daily. The Gallery Restaurant offers a splendid fusion of traditional and modern cuisine, prepared by Head Chef Emmet Maher. Our Table D'hôte and A La Carte menus are both served each evening.

• Have previous baking/pastry experience, as this role will involve duties in the Pastry Section
• Be available to work weekends
• Have good organisational skills
