Successful applicant will be responsible for checking guests in and out, handling guest queries, making reservations, cash handling and other general front of house duties.
Must be willing to work shifts which include some weekend days.
Previous experience in a similar position desirable.
Excellent communication & customer Care skills.
Advanced spoken and written English,
Must have good computer skills. A working knowledge of Protel or a similar hotel reservations system is essential.
Must be self Motivated and enthusiastic and have the ability to work unsupervised as well as the ability to work as part of an efficient team.
Candidates must be friendly, well presented and have high customer care standards.
