snapshot of all aspects of your business and allows you to compare elements of this with the Crowe Horwath

2012 Annual Hotel Survey Results

9.45 - 11.00am      MANAGEMENT REPORTING AND REPORTS

Crowe Horwath will provide you with an approach to building a sound reporting system for your business’s

various stakeholders; the focus will be on delivering information which provides details of relevant key

performance indicators and trends in the business

11.15 - 12.30pm CASE STUDY WITH PRACTICAL EXAMPLES

Crowe Horwath will use a practical case study to show how a hotel can go from providing limited Financial

reporting to the required high standard of reports; guidelines will be given as to what type of information and

analysis should be included in a management financial pack and an example of a complete monthly

management pack

Participants will be given all these documents to take away on USB key for ease of use when they return to work
