Sales & Marketing Manager, Maldron Hotel Wexford

The Maldron Hotel Wexford is part of the Dalata Hotel Group, now the largest hotel group in Ireland which includes 12 Maldron Hotels and 21 partner hotels, we are currently recruiting for Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a hotel group.

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

Maximising room revenue by analysing competitor pricing and the hotels pricing structure.
Ensuring all requests and correspondence are responded to in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordianting the management of 3rd party websites and ensuring rate parity.
Identifying and pursuing new business leads.
Conducting Revenue Meetings
Creating daily, weekly and monthly performance reports
Prepare and submit annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
Develop, train and motivate the team.
Liase with the reservations function in the Hotel.
Ensuring all standards and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times
Develop new and maintain current good relations with all agents and bookers
Overseing the maintaining the rooms sales and be responsible for maximizing revenue.
