We at the award winning 4* Annebrook House Hotel are currently recruiting a Sales,Marketing & Events Co-ordinator to take responsibility for enquiries and see the sales process through from enquiry to confirmation of all re-active & pro-active sales opportunities. This is a vital role within the hotel and requires a candidate who has an outgoing personality but who also has excellent attention to detail. The Candidate: We are looking to recruit a friendly individual who is passionate about people and providing superb guest service to support the Sales and Marketing Team. The successful candidate will: -Have previous Marketing Administration experience in the hospitality industry -Assist the Sales Director with day to day sales activities -Deal with all guest queries in a promptly manner according to brand standards -Assist with all promotional events and sales PR events -Maintain all guest profiles and details to ensure the hotel is being marketed to its best potential -Ensure all hotel social media sites are up dated regularly and guests are responded to promptly -Carry out market research on local competitors and local business -Work with the Sales Director in developing new sales leads and developing news sales business -Assist with the compilation of the sales and marketing plan for the hotel -Promote the hotel at all times -Assist with all hotel and group marketing campaigns
