We are currently recruiting for a General Manager.

This role would suit an individual who leads from the front and has a true passion for guest service, standards and hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with vision to make their own mark on a full service landmark property overlooking Schull Harbour on the Wild Atlantic Way.

You will be working with a dedicated, passionate and creative management team who are looking for a likeminded individual to join the business and develop the product to the next level.

The Role Requires the following:

• An individual that has a degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management

• Previous experience as a General Manager or strong Deputy/Operations background

• Possess a calm, warm and professional disposition

• Leads with energy, enthusiasm and ambition

• Commercially aware and agile in response to changing environment

• Accomplished People & Culture Leader

• Proven ability to work autonomously and responsibility on a daily basis

• Demonstrable knowledge of all regulatory and legislative requirements of running a hotel

• Manage and lead the daily operation of the property to ensure all areas are operating efficiently and effectively
