Neville Hotels is now recruiting for a General Manager to lead and develop the team in The River Court Hotel in Kilkenny City. Based in the South East, the successful candidate will be responsible for all hotel operations ensuring a high level of service and practices throughout the hotel and total customer satisfaction. This role would suit both an experienced Deputy General Manager looking to take the next step or an experienced General Manager looking to make a difference. The ideal candidate will have: A strong operational background as well as keen financial acumen. Proven budgeting/forecasting and revenue management skills, while also being cost conscious. Excellent people management skills, including change management. Thorough knowledge and understanding of current legislation and best practices. A solid background and reputation for delivering superior service to customers and ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests and employees are adhered to at all times.
