Responsibilities Include
• Rostering of departments in line with forecasted revenue & budgets
• Monitoring the departments productivity & professionalism to ensure hotel standards are met
• Provide training and development for each department, based on the hotel’s training requirements & their individual needs.
• Provide feedback to General Manager on areas for improvement
• Participate in management meetings & conduct department meetings to ensure smooth communication throughout
•Ensure Night Audit is correct & liaise with Accounts on any revenue or billing issues.
• Work closely with Sales, Reservations & Revenue to ensure maximum revenue is achieved for the hotel
• Oversee & manage the daily communication to all departments of the hotel client’s requests
