Location of the only Certified Organic Restaurant in Ireland – The Strawberry Tree Restaurant.

Position available : Front Office Manager .

The following is a list of duties the successful candidate will be able to complete.

 Reception: Work with the Head Receptionist and her team to ensure that all procedures and policies are in place, increasing customer satisfaction and working within the constraints of a budget.

Accommodation Manager: working along side our Accommodation Manager to ensure that our standards are maintained and where possible increased.

Financial Controller: Working closely with him to build the 2015 budget for Front Office and set new achievable targets.

It would be beneficial if the Candidate had experience or knowledge relating to Portfolio. 

Required Qualifications: 
• Ideally suited to someone qualified with a Hotel Management or business management degree other qualifications will be considered.
Required Skills: 
• Excellent level of English as telephone work and customer communication will be an integral part of Internship; building rapport with customers. • Good communicator, enjoys working as part of a team and own initiative, brings ideas.
