Duty Manager , Maldron Hotel - Dublin City Centre.

Candidates should possess a good broad based experience in Accommodation, Food & Beverage and Front Office within the hospitality Industry.

In order to apply:

• Hotel & Catering Qualification / Management Qualification
• Significant Restuarant and Bar Service Experience
• Front Office experience
• Knowledge of Opera Fidelio or similar front office software advantage
• A minimum of two years experience in a supervisory / management position in the hotel industry

Key Duties:

• To work with the Management Team to ensure smooth running of hotel operation
• To be aware of business in the hotel, to be innovative with regards to proposals and ideas to increase all over business sales
• A highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Weekly rosters/forecasts/ordering and stock takes
• Prepare reports and GP's.
• The ability to lead, multi task and proven to work in a fast paced environment
• To deal with guest queries in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction
