Chef De Partie

Lough Rynn Castle Estate & Gardens are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team led by Clare O Leary, (Executive Head Chef).

The ideal candidate must have:

* Qualification in Professional Chef/Culinary Skills 

*  Minimum of 2 years experience working within a 3 or 4 star kitchen

* Be passionate about food and focused on working in a fine dining environment,

* He/she must be able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment,

* Have good communication skills.

* He/she must  legally be able to live and work in Ireland.
