The Boutique Hotel of the year, Blue Haven Hotel is now recruiting for a Senior Head Chef to join their Multi Award winning team in Kinsale. 

Member of Kinsale's Good Food Circle, The Blue Haven Collection, is looking for an energetic operationally focused Head Chef to work in an exciting and dynamic environment in the Gourmet Capital, Kinsale.

The role will involve managing a team with two kitchens operating and a number of food outlets,

managing purchasing, rostering, menu management, ensuring at all times a top quality and consistent product is delivered for customers but also a hands on approach to kitchen management.
