Achill Cliff House Hotel is a small family run hotel & restaurant where we all work togather and help each other to accommodate the guests we have. We are looking for a Chef from March 9th - Oct 26th 2020 to run the kitchen for the evenings serving from 10 - 40 dinners nightly. Dinner is served at 6 - 8 p.m so the finish is early, you are finished by 9 - 9.30 p.m.
You will have a good experienced team working with you.
We serve alot of seafood when it is in season.

Required Qualifications:
Experienced at cooking / Chef for 5 yrs minimum
Required Skills:
To be able to plan a menu, prepare the food with a team, work in an orderly fashion and to present nice plates for the customer.
