The Blue Haven Collection seeks a part time receptionist to join our busy front office team.

 

The duties for this role include:

  • To deal with all enquiries for the guests & customers of the Blue Haven Collection
  • To take & confirm bookings, and check in & check out all guests in a polite & professional manner
  • To deliver a high level of customer service at all time
  • Ensuring all our guests & customers needs are met
Required Skills: 
The ideal candidate will have: • Fluent written & verbal English • Good communication skills • Strong I.T skills • Previous experience in a Front Office or Reservations Role, a knowledge of IHotelligence in a benefit but not essential • Ability to self motivate and work alone • A drive to deliver exceptional customer service and go the "extra mile"
