We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team. This is a Full time permanent position; The nature of the hospitality industry means that this role will include a variety of shift & weekend work.
The candidate must have experience in a busy kitchen and have the desire to learn and grow. Are you a passionate chef with Hotel experience? Do you work to high standards and are looking for your next Challenge?
Responsibilities of this job
To support the Sous and Head chef in maintaining the Hotel's excellent reputations
To ensure a very high standard of food is consistently produced
Ensuring that your section is fully prepped for service
To ensure HACCP cooperation at all times
Excellent team player and chef must be able to take direction well
